LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday said that load shedding is going to be eliminated in Pakistan and the country will produce surplus electricity by 2018.
While addressing to an event in Lahore, he said: “All resources are being used to improve law and order situation, along with health and education departments.”
He gave credit to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government for eliminating the load shedding in the country.
While commenting on the issue of terrorism CM Shahbaz said that Pakistan army has given their blood to eradicate terrorism.
“Our struggle against terrorism is a great tale of the sacrifices of law enforcing agencies, Pakistan Army and police,” he added.
Earlier, addressing the inauguration ceremony of “Speedo bus service” in Multan, CM Shahbaz said that no government used its resources in South Punjab as the PML-N government has used.
