RAWALPINDI: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) has opened special customer care and cash centres to facilitate the citizens of the twin cities.
According to sources a customer care and cash centre, has been set up in WASA office to enable the consumers to pay their water bills, hassle free.
WASA has appointed its female employees in centres who remain present in these centres from opening hours to the closing hours of the office.
Whereas the installation of new connections and the changing the cadre has been made compulsory to be done within one week.
Around 200 complaints have already been addressed in both centres.
